Professor Fionnuala Ni Aolain nominated for election to

American Society of International Law Executive Council

 

 

The Transitional Justice Institute is very pleased to announce the recent decision of the ASIL Nominating Committee to nominate Professor Fionnuala Ni Aoláin for election to a three-year term as a member of the Society’s Executive Council. The nomination will be announced to the Society’s membership in the December newsletter, and the formal election, will take place at the Society’s Annual General Meeting, March 25, 2010, during the Annual Meeting of the Society.

 

The Executive Council, which is the Society’s governing body, is made up of twenty-four members nine officers, and twenty-four non-voting honorary counselors.
